Returns & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us.

1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
Manufacturing defects or damage during transit only.
Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.
Product must be unused, with all tags, certificates, and packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Products:
Bespoke/Custom-made jewelry.
Jewelry purchased using the Flexi Gold Plan redemption.
Jewelry bought during final sales, promotions, or discounted events.

3. Return Process:
Raise a return request by emailing support@vnarang.in.
Attach clear images/videos of the product along with proof of damage/defect.
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.

4. Exchange Process:
After inspection of the returned item, an exchange or store credit will be provided.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and price differences.

5. Refunds:
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Important Conditions:
If the jewelry shows signs of wear and tear, alterations, or damage post-delivery, the return/exchange request will be rejected.
Returns without original certification will not be accepted.
