1. General Terms
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site and all transactions carried out.
1.2 We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at our discretion without prior notice.
1.3 By using our site, you represent that you are of legal age (18+) and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Product Information & Pricing
2.1 All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Minor variations may occur.
2.2 Prices displayed include applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless stated otherwise.
2.3 We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information without prior notice.

3. Order Acceptance and Payment
3.1 Order confirmation is subject to verification and acceptance by our team.
3.2 We accept payments through secure payment gateways, including debit cards, credit cards, net banking, UPI, and wallet payments.
3.3 Orders will be processed only after full payment confirmation.
3.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraud or unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

4. Delivery and Shipping
4.1 Delivery timelines may vary based on product availability, customization, and location.
4.2 All shipments are insured until delivered to the customer.
4.3 Customers must ensure that accurate shipping information is provided. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
4.4 Delays caused by external factors (strikes, weather, courier issues) are not under our control.

5. Flexi Gold Savings Plan
5.1 The Flexi Gold Savings Plan is a savings program allowing customers to invest monthly amounts for 10 months and receive an additional contribution from us in the 11th month.
5.2 Full T&Cs of the Flexi Gold Savings Plan:
Minimum monthly contribution must be ₹5,000.
On-time payments are mandatory to stay eligible for the scheme benefits.
VN Jewels/PMN Exports will contribute an equivalent of one month’s investment after 10 successful payments.
Customers can redeem the full accumulated amount only on the purchase of jewelry from our website.
A 5% additional discount applies to purchases made during the saving tenure, up to a maximum of 10% for those investing ₹10,000/month or above.

5.3 Cancellation before completion of the plan will forfeit company contribution and discounts.
5.4 Flexi Gold Plan cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless specified.

6. Custom/Bespoke Orders
6.1 Bespoke jewelry (customized designs) are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once production has commenced.
6.2 Minor design changes may be requested only before final approval for manufacturing.
6.3 Advance payment (minimum 50%) is required to initiate bespoke projects.
6.4 Timeline for bespoke delivery may vary based on complexity and approvals.

7. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
7.1 We accept returns only in cases of manufacturing defects or damages during transit.
7.2 Request for return/exchange must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with unboxing video proof.
7.3 Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, with original invoices, certificates, and tags intact.
7.4 Products purchased under Flexi Gold Plan redemption, bespoke orders, or customized orders are not eligible for returns.
7.5 Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7–10 working days post inspection and approval.
7.6 Exchanges are subject to stock availability and pricing adjustments if any.
7.7 No returns or exchanges are entertained for items bought under heavy discounts, special offers, or final sales unless damaged.

8. Authenticity Guarantee
8.1 All jewelry sold is certified for quality and authenticity (Hallmarked Gold and IGI-certified diamonds where applicable).
8.2 Certification details will be provided with each purchase.

9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All content, images, text, graphics, logos, and designs displayed on the website are the intellectual property of NARANG ORNAMENTS
9.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy Policy
10.1 Your privacy is important to us. Personal information shared during purchases is secured and used solely for order processing and customer communication.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
11.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
11.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
